7. Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase a digital product from ShaardaAI, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal, educational, and non-commercial use only.

Purchasing a digital product does NOT transfer copyright or ownership of the product to you.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original content, original explanations, compilations, selections, arrangements, designs, presentations, branding, graphics, layouts, and other original materials provided by ShaardaAI are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Where third-party material exists within our products, rights remain with the relevant rights holder and are subject to applicable laws and licences.

9. Prohibited Distribution

Under the personal-use licence, you are strictly prohibited from:

ShaardaAI does not collect, capture, or store complete payment credentials such as UPI PINs, ATM PINs, card PINs, internet banking passwords, or OTPs.

13. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment verification, your digital products will be delivered electronically. Delivery may occur via a direct download link on the checkout success page, an email sent to the address you provided, your user account/dashboard, or another secure digital delivery method.

14. Download Responsibility

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your digital products after purchase. While we aim to keep download links active, we cannot guarantee unlimited, perpetual access to downloads indefinitely.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the immediate digital nature of our products, our refund terms are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. We acknowledge and preserve any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of India.
