Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Checkout Notice:

This is a digital product. Once your payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled and the purchase amount is non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law. Please review the product details and preview before purchasing.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products, including e-books, Revision Packs, study materials, PDFs, notes, practice resources, and other digitally delivered educational content purchased from ShaardaAI.

1. No Cancellation

Because our products are delivered digitally immediately or shortly after successful payment, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled once it has been placed and payment has been successfully completed.

We do not accept cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer need the product
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • You purchased by mistake
  • You expected different content despite the product description being available

2. No Refunds

Subject to applicable law, all purchases of ShaardaAI digital products are ordinarily non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The product has already been downloaded
  • The product has been accessed, opened, or viewed
  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer need the product
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • You expected different results
  • You did not achieve an expected academic outcome

3. Digital Product Delivery Issues

If you have paid successfully but did not receive the purchased product because of a technical or delivery failure attributable to ShaardaAI, please contact our support team at support@shaardaai.com.

Upon verifying the issue, ShaardaAI will first attempt to provide correct access, the product itself, or an alternative download method.

A refund may only be considered where ShaardaAI cannot provide the purchased product or an appropriate replacement, subject to applicable law.

4. Duplicate Payment

If a genuine payment-processing error causes you to be charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately at support@shaardaai.com.

After verifying the transactions with our payment partner, the duplicate payment may be refunded. Please note that refunds are not processed automatically without verification.

5. Incorrect or Defective Product

If you receive a materially different product, a materially defective digital file, or a technically unusable product, you must contact support@shaardaai.com.

ShaardaAI will first attempt to provide a corrected or replacement version of the product.

Where the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate remedy may be provided, subject to applicable law.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment made to ShaardaAI was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us at support@shaardaai.com.

We may request relevant transaction information to investigate the matter internally and coordinate with our payment processor.

7. Academic Results

ShaardaAI provides supplementary educational materials. We do not guarantee a particular score, a particular percentage, passing an examination, admission to any institution, that a specific question will appear, or any particular academic outcome.

Therefore, failure to achieve an expected academic result is not ordinarily a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

8. Review Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the product page before purchasing.

Where available, please review the product description, subject, class/standard, contents, sample pages, preview, format, price, and other relevant information.

9. Consumer and Statutory Rights

This policy establishes ShaardaAI's standard cancellation and refund policy for digital products.

However, nothing in this policy is intended to, or shall be construed to, exclude or restrict any consumer right, statutory remedy, or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of India.

Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation, or another remedy, the applicable legal requirement shall prevail over this policy.
